College Walk Apartments is great for student living. The multi-family complex has pleasant 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartments that have a separate living area and kitchen. In total, the apartments have 440 square feet of living space. There is a community laundry room on the main floor of the building that can be used by tenants, so you don’t have to go anywhere to do your laundry. Water is included with your monthly rent. We also provide free trash pickup. There are connections for cable TV and internet in each apartment.
College Walk is a quiet community – the whole complex is just one building with twelve apartments.
